**Volunteer and Sponsor contacts are open for 2024**
We are looking for both adult and high school volunteers to help us with various tasks during the day. Some of the tasks may involve heavy lifting and/or strenuous activities while others are a bit more laid back - there is lots to do. We are especially in need of people to run the children's games and races, as well helping with the set up and tear down, and a multitude of other tasks...it takes a village! Student volunteers will earn generous community service hours. If you would like to assist, please contact James Gilchrist at email@example.com.
Guildwood Day is the GVCA’s single most expensive event of the year, and we are always looking for local businesses to help offset our costs by sponsoring events and prizes. If you would like to help us and promote your business at the same time, please contact Dee Peroff at firstname.lastname@example.org
Participate in the Parade
If you’d like to participate in the Parade this year, please contact Melissa Kitazaki at email@example.com to discuss your float ideas!
Every year, there is a fantastic marketplace on Guildwood Day where local artisans and makers of all kinds display their wares alongside community groups. This is a super opportunity to connect with your community and raise your business profile. There is a small fee for space at this well-attended afternoon event (2024 costs pending). If you are interested in reserving a spot, please complete the application form or contact Shirley Chung at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
The deadline for 2024 applications is PENDING and space is limited!
