Meetings & AGM
The GVCA board meets virtually between September and June, on the second Monday of each month from 7:30pm to 9pm.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place annually in-person on the 3rd or 4th Tuesday in March. ​​All community residents are invited, however only members can vote. Residents can purchase a membership online in advance of the meeting.
If you are interested in serving on the GVCA board, please submit your CV to the Secretary at secretary@guildwood.ca to be considered for nomination at the next AGM.

Meeting Minutes
The Guildwood Village Community Association is committed to providing public access to the monthly board meeting minutes and minutes of past Annual General Meetings. This is an ongoing project involving digitizing meeting minutes going back to the Association’s beginnings in 1958.
At the present time, the monthly meeting minutes from the present day back to 2013 are now available online. The minutes of the Annual General Meetings are available from 2019 onwards.
