The Annual General Meeting of the Guildwood Village Community Association was held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Church of the Holy Trinity Guildwood, 85 Livingston Road.

All community residents are invited, but only members can vote. Residents can sign up to be a member online at https://www.guildwood.ca/become-a-member in advance of the meeting.
If you are interested in serving on your community association, please submit your CV to the Secretary at secretary@guildwood.ca to be considered for nomination.

free! Please contact treasurer@guildwood.ca for first time membership information.
The Guildwood Village Community Association is committed to providing public access to the monthly board meeting minutes and minutes of past Annual General Meetings. This is an ongoing project involving digitizing meeting minutes going back to the Association’s beginnings in 1958. At the present time, the monthly meeting minutes from the present day back to 2013 are now available online at the link below. The minutes of the Annual General Meetings are available from 2019 onwards.
