2026 AGM Agenda

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up Tuesday March 24, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Church of the Holy Trinity Guildwood, located at 85 Livingston Road.


Please come out to support your community association, meet your neighbours and hear about events, activities and issues affecting Guildwood.


All are welcome, but only full members of the GVCA can vote. Memberships can be purchased online for $20.

PUBLIC SAFETY IN GUILDWOOD VILLAGE

This presentation will provide an overview of current public safety priorities and

practices in Guildwood Village, including local crime trends, prevention strategies

and community partnerships. Representatives from 43 Division will share insights

on how residents can stay informed, engaged and proactive in supporting a safe

and connected neighbourhood.


Paul Krawczyk is the Unit Commander of 43 Division of the Toronto Police

Service, a role he has held since November 2025. With 30 years of policing

experience, he has held leadership positions across multiple divisions, including

leading the Integrated Gun & Gang Task Force. He has also spent several years

in the Child Exploitation Section within Sex Crimes, bringing extensive expertise

in public safety and complex investigations.


Blaise Kurucz is a Crime Prevention Officer with 43 Division of the Toronto

Police Service, where he supports community engagement initiatives including

the Community Police Liaison Committee and Auxiliary Officers Program. With

over 20 years of service, he has worked in units such as the Warrant Office,

Community Response Unit, and Neighbourhood Safety Unit. A lifelong

Scarborough resident, he is deeply committed to community safety and local

engagement.
