Guildwood Day is fast approaching, and we’re excited to continue our 50+ year tradition of bringing the community together for a day of celebration, fun, and local pride. This marquee event wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and support of volunteers like YOU!

We are currently looking for community volunteers to join us in the organization and execution of this beloved event. Whether you have experience or are simply passionate about giving back to the community, there are several ways to get involved!

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help with planning and organizing throughout the year, as well as hands-on support on the day of the event. Here’s how you can help:

Year-Round Committee Positions

Commitment: Monthly meetings starting in January, leading up to Guildwood Day

• Vendor Table Organization and Management

• Sponsorship Director

• Prizes and Community Director

• Adult Volunteer Coordinator

• Logistics Coordinator (Morning Set-Up)

• Set-Up & Tear-Down BBQ Lead

Day-of Volunteers

Commitment: Help with games, BBQ evening event, and more!

• Games Facilitators

• BBQ Assistants

• Event Support Staff
