Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Guildwood Village Community Association will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 7 pm at Church of the Holy Trinity located at 85 Livingston Road in Guildwood Village.

To vote at the meeting, you must be a member in good standing for 2026. If you are not already a member, please renew or join the GVCA here. 

If you are new to Guildwood since March 2025, membership for your first year is free! Please contact treasurer@guildwood.ca for first time membership information!

The Guildwood Village Community Association is committed to providing public access to the monthly board meeting minutes and minutes of past Annual General Meetings. This is an ongoing project involving digitizing meeting minutes going back to the Association’s beginnings in 1958. At the present time, the monthly meeting minutes from the present day back to 2013 are now available online at the link below.  The minutes of the Annual General Meetings are available for 2019 and onwards.

Call for Nominations to the GVCA Board of Directors

We are looking for directors at large who can be active committee members. All members of the board must reside in Guildwood and be full members of the Guildwood Village Community Association.

To put your name forward for consideration at the AGM on March 24th, please submit your name and CV along with some information on why you would like to join the board to secretary@guildwood.ca by March 20th, 2026.
