Save the date: Guildwood Day returns June 6, 2026! 

One of our community’s favourite traditions is back — and we can’t wait to celebrate with you. 


This year’s theme is Into the Wild, and we’ve got a full day planned for all ages, including: 

  • A morning pancake breakfast  

  • Parade on the Parkway  

  • Community marketplace with local vendors, games and BBQ  

  • Evening BBQ at Guild Park with live music from Battle of the Bands winner Fossil Fire  

Event Agenda: 

  • 8:30am: Pancake Breakfast (Guildwood Presbyterian Church)  

  • 8:45am: Mas Camp (Parade decoration pop-up hosted by NYAD on the property of the Church of the Holy Trinity)  

  • 10am: Parade on the Parkway  

  • 10am–2pm: Community Marketplace, Raffle and Children’s Games (Sir Wilfrid Laurier school grounds)  

  • 11am-2 pm: BBQ Lunch hosted by the Holy Trinity, Guildwood Anglican Church 

  • 5pm–8pm: Evening BBQ & live music at Guild Park. Local resident and wildlife photographer, Ann Brokelman, will host a wildlife showcase table. 

 

Get involved in bringing Guildwood Day to life 

Guildwood Day is truly a community event — and there are lots of ways to be part of it.


Volunteers 

We’re looking for volunteers to help throughout the day — from running games to supporting setup and BBQ activities. If you’ve ever enjoyed Guildwood Day, this is a great way to be part of what makes it happen. Please email secretary@guildwood.ca if interested. 


Sponsors 

As the GVCA’s biggest event of the year, we are looking for local businesses to support through sponsorship. If you’re looking to connect with the residents of Guildwood to promote your business and support this flagship community event, the Guildwood Day sponsorship team would be pleased to help you get involved. Vendors 

Our community marketplace is back! A great opportunity to showcase your products or services to local residents. Please email guildwoodday@gmail.com if interested in setting up a vendor table.


Raffle Prizes & Parade Participation 

  • Donate a prize for games and activities  

  • Join the parade with a float or decorated bike  

  • Have a classic car? We’re looking for a lead vehicle for the Grand Marshall
